I have researched this topic and find that if you GOOGLE the term "RFID" or visit YouTube.com using the search term "RFID" you will find story after story.  I also checked with my own state DHS office and learned that Texas has on the books protocol for Communicable disease that requires mandatory vaccinations and removal relocation of individuals or if a property complete shut down or demilolised. In other words, the government is already set to FORCE citizens and businesses to comply if it is a "communicable" disease.  With an enginereed "Swine Flu" epidemic, it makes you wonder if our government is preparing for a major holocaust or removal of masses.  Personally, as a Christian, I find it disturbing that such a forced, mandatory use of a bracelet that is your ticket to buy, sell, get medicine, or food, that its nothing short of the first round of the "MARK OF THE BEAST" prophecied for these end times.  Think about it.  Get informed.  Citizens armed with knowledge and facts are a danger to this government. Stay informed!
